Non-Violence Project Clarifies Position on Unauthorized Use of the KNOTTED GUN

The Non-Violence Project wishes to address recent concerns regarding the unauthorized use of the KNOTTED GUN image by the political party ADR, Luxembourg.

We believe it is essential to clarify our position on this matter to maintain the integrity of our organization's mission and values.

1. Unauthorized Use of KNOTTED GUN:
We have not authorized ADR or any other entity to use the image of the KNOTTED GUN. The KNOTTED GUN is a significant symbol protected under copyright, and any use for marketing or campaign purposes without explicit permission from the Non-Violence Project is unauthorized and constitutes a violation of our intellectual property rights.

2. No Affiliation with ADR:
The Non-Violence Project wishes to unequivocally state that we are not connected in any way to ADR. We do not endorse or share their political views which we have clearly informed ADR and we have thus demanded ADR to cease all use of our symbol THE KNOTTED GUN immediately. Our organization remains committed to promoting non-violence, education, art and creativity, free from any political affiliations or endorsements.

The Non-Violence Project is dedicated to inspiring, motivating, and engaging young people to understand how to solve conflicts peacefully. We believe that through our educational programs, we can teach the principles of non-violence and equip young people with the skills to handle conflicts without resorting to violence. With a proven track record spanning over several decades, the Non-Violence Project has reached millions of people across the globe, earning credibility and respect in the field of violence prevention and conflict resolution as a ECOSOC member of the UN.

We appreciate the support and understanding of our members and the public in this matter.

The Non-Violence Project will refrain from giving oral or written interviews on this matter.

Thank you for your attention and understanding.
