SEXUAL HARASSMENT PREVENTION

PROGRAMS FOR ADULTS IN AN EDUCATIONAL OR WORK ENVIRONMENT

TRAINING APPROACH

INTERACTIVE WORKSHOPS

This program, through interactive workshops, aims to address all of the what/where/how of sexual harassment but also unconscious biases and beliefs that allow sexual harassment to happen in the first place.

It addresses some of the following topics:

  • Discover how sexual harassment looks like from the victim/perpetrator/bystander perspective
  • Uncover deeply embedded beliefs that allow sexual harassment to happen
  • Improve personal boundaries
  • Take positive action and step into the role of a bystander

Methodological approach is based on SEL (social emotional intelligence) and measuring results after the workshop. To know more about SEL metholodogy click here.
