“Atletismo por la Paz” has been launched on 9th of December, as a one-year pilot project of the corporate social responsibility program being led by the Colombian Athletics Federation.
The Non-Violence Project Foundation, together with Peace & Sport, and Columbian Athletics Federation delivered the initial training to 20 educators from four different Columbian NGOs. The project will serve as a reference for the development of a corporate social responsibility program on a national scale.
The Non-Violence Project Foundation is a non-profit organization with special consultative status to the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).
