Robin Söderling joined as Peace and Non-Violence Ambassador in 2011 together with his good friend the artist, painter and writer Ernst Billgren. Robin and Ernst painted their knotted gun together – Ernst dipping tennis balls into paint, Robin hitting them onto the knotted gun – and the sculpture "Tennis For Peace" was then unveiled at the Swedish Open tennis championships at the centercourt in Båstad.

The Non-Violence Project

The Non-Violence Project is a non-profit organization created in 1993 with the goal of preventing and reducing violence. The organization is headquartered in Switzerland and is active in many countries around the world. Its symbol, the Knotted Gun, is an international symbol of peace.
