Petter Alexis Askergren, known simply as Petter, is one of Sweden’s most renowned artists and songwriters. Celebrating over 20 years in the music industry, he has been instrumental in bringing Swedish hip-hop to the forefront. Beyond music, Petter is a certified sommelier and actively involved in the restaurant industry.
As a Non-Violence Ambassador, Petter created his own interpretation of The Knotted Gun sculpture. His design features an oil painting of a man walking through a desolate subway aisle, accompanied by lyrics from his song “Tårar” (“Tears”), a collaboration with artist Feven.
The Non-Violence Project Foundation is a non-profit organization with special consultative status to the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).
