Isabel Noboa

Isabel M. Noboa Pontón is one of Ecuador’s most prominent business leaders and philanthropists. Born in Guayaquil, she is the founder and CEO of the Nobis Consortium, a leading business group with ventures in real estate, agriculture, industry, and commerce. Her career has been defined by visionary entrepreneurship and a deep commitment to social responsibility.

Beyond her business success, Mrs. Noboa has dedicated much of her life to creating opportunities and improving lives through initiatives such as the Nobis Foundation, the Foundation for the Adoption of Our Children (FANN), and Ecuador Triunfador – a program celebrating and supporting young Ecuadorians who contribute to society through innovation and positive values.
