Our approach is built on a train-the-trainer model. We believe that the people who work closest to young people are best placed to understand their needs, build trust and create meaningful change.
That is why we empower teachers, educators, coaches and youth leaders to become facilitators of learning within their own communities. Through our programs, they gain access to knowledge, practical methods and engaging resources that enable them to bring non-violence education directly into their everyday work with young people.
All our programs are developed by our team of experts, drawing on extensive knowledge and experience in non-violence, education and youth development.

With the launch of our digital platform in 2026, a large part of our educational catalogue is now available in a flexible digital format. Teachers, educators and coaches can access complete sessions and programs materials directly from their phone, tablet or computer, making it easier than ever to bring non-violence education into everyday activities.
Each session is designed to fit naturally into the environment where it is delivered. School sessions are structured to fit within a standard lesson and never exceed one hour, while sessions for sports clubs are adapted to integrate seamlessly with regular training.
Every session combines knowledge, reflection and experiential learning. It begins with an introduction to the topic, followed by engaging activities with clear instructions, suggested timings and the materials needed. All accompanying resources are readily available to download from the platform, making preparation simple and delivery easy.
Each program consists of ten sessions, ideally spread throughout a school term or sports season. This creates an opportunity for young people to revisit key themes, build on previous learning and develop skills over time.
While the platform gives educators everything they need to deliver the program, they are never on their own. The Non-Violence team remains close throughout the journey, offering guidance, answering questions and supporting implementation along the way.
We also believe that meaningful change should be visible and measurable. Through pre program surveys and post program evaluations, schools, sports clubs and other organisations can follow the learning journey, reflect on outcomes and measure the impact of the program over time.
By combining accessible digital learning with a train-the-trainer approach, ongoing support and evaluation, we help educators turn knowledge into action, empowering young people with the skills to build stronger relationships, manage conflict and contribute to a more peaceful future.

Get in touch with the Non-Violence team to learn more about our educational programs and book a personal introduction to the platform. We are happy to walk you through how it works, explore which program best fits your organisation and answer any questions you may have.
